Shipping/Refund Policy

We are located in Mississippi and ship all over the United States (including US territories).

As we work diligently to ensure the quality of our handmade products we ask that you allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed before its
shipped, even with priority shipping.

This means if you choose 2 day shipping your items will be delivered within 2 days after processing time is completed. 
Please note that this excludes weekends and holidays.

The most reliable way to track your package is with the provided tracking number on the USPS website. The tracking number email is automated, therefore, you may receive the tracking number before the package has left our facility.

REFUND POLICY

We have a strict “no refund” policy! Please be absolutely sure about your order before you purchase.

Because of the natural nature of our products we do not except returns  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
